P.E.C.H.S means Pakistan Employees cooperative housing Society. One is located in Karachi which is fully developed and expensive area. Another Housing Society which is advertised in Islamabad but actually It’s NOT in Islamabad in Anyway. They have NOC from RDA which is Rawalpindi Development Authority and It can never be in Islamabad.
There are several Reasons that should stay away from this scam. First of all, society is not located in Islamabad and there is no chance that it’ll be included in Islamabad in near future. Another thing that dealers focus when selling is it’s located close to New Islamabad airport which is big fraud. New Airport is not functional and it’ll never be functional until all link roads are build and construction work is done.
PECHS management give many dates for opening of airport but they were just rumors to keep prices high. They are doing this to the people since 2007 and not it’s 2015. Airport have no connection with this society. you can check this out in Map. The society main gate is located on Fathe Jang Road so how they are close to Airport?
There is no Resell value in PECHS and price is moderated by group of thugs. No real buyer would buy plot in a society which is more then 20 years old but have zero population and zero home built.
So Don’t Believe the Lies from PECHS Management and Never buy in Pechs. There are people who bought plot in early 2000 and still their plot price is lower then what they paid back then.Let me give you an example. If you buy a plot of 10 marla in 30 lack and lets assume you own one and paid the price back in 2010. You still cant sell your plot in 30 lack. Agents will offer you 18-20 Lack and sell it again to some who is interested in 30 lack which is the list price.
Many areas are not developed and no one will buy your plot unless they have a buyer ready for it.
Dont ever believe that PECHS is somehow located in Islamabad or K sector of Islamabad. Just because New islamabad airport is in Islamabad doesn’t means that surrounding areas will be in Islamabad too.
CDA Recently Published a list of Housing Societies which are illegal or not Located in Islamabad.There are hundred of societies which are illegal and PECHS is one of them. CDA should take serious action against it. NAB should take Serious action against CDA for looting thousands of investors.
If you own a Plot there, I suggest you to Sell it as soon as possible because more you wait, more you lose. PECHS is Scam and have no Future. They are Looting people by giving falls hope and by lying about the location.
